Welcome back to another ‘Some things for the weekend‘ – a little weekly round-up of the things that I’ve liked and loved over the past seven days.
I don’t know about you but I am so ready for the weekend – both kids, despite being 6 and 4 years old, seem to have gone through some weird childhood sleep regression this week so I’m hoping for an afternoon snooze at some point to try and catch up on some lost Zzzzzzzz.
Anyway, enough of my sleep woes… here’s this week’s Some Things for the Weekend.
Some Things for the Weekend
Listening to, and loving, Black Walls by Chromatics.
Reading this article on Refinery29 on what the apartments from Friends would like nowadays.
We are enjoying the new series of West World at the moment. In fact, I am enjoying it far more than the last season, which I really struggled with throughout.
This post from my favourite blogger, Natalie Jean Lovin, who, after a two-year hiatus, has returned to blogging.
And speaking of hiatuses… I’ve spent a good chunk of this week listening to Dove, the new album from Belly – their first album in 20 years. The album is ace, it’s like getting a warm hug off a long lost friend.
And that’s it for this week. I’m really looking forward to the weekend. Aside from watching a certain royal wedding tomorrow (will you be watching it?), we have birthday celebrations planned for G who is turning Five in a few days time.
Hope you all have a great weekend! xxx
