101 Habit Tracker Ideas for Your Bullet Journal

101 Habit Tracker Ideas for Your Bullet Journal

My habit tracker is one of my favourite recurring spreads in my bullet journal. It is so useful to see when I have done certain things, such as reach my daily steps target. And since incorporating a habit tracker in my bullet journal a few months ago I have noticed a big difference in myself. My habit tracker has helped me to stick to a reasonably decent routine and I no longer feel like I’m running around like a headless chicken every day.

There are so many different things you can add to your tracker, the possibilities are endless!  When I first started using one I listed four or five habits to check off each day. Now my habit tracker has 15 items on it, and for different categories too. I have items for the home such as ‘laundry’ and ’15 minute clean’, items for health including ‘no alcohol’ and ‘steps’, and also items for my blog too.

There is something very satisfying about seeing a completed habit tracker at the end of the month – especially if you use different colours for each day, or habit! And you don’t need to present your habit tracker in list form either. Recently I have seen some brilliant variations on the habit tracker theme – from squares, to circles, to balloons!

Here are a few of my favourites from Instagram:

I’m sure I have only touched the surface of items you could include in your bullet journal habit tracker and, obviously, you probably wouldn’t need to track three-quarters of the items listed but, hopefully, it will inspire you to set up or add to a habit tracker of your own.

Do you already have a habit tracker in your bullet journal? Have you found it helpful?

This is great! I love the different ideas for tracking. It looks so complicated but I’m sure it’s simple when you get started!

Thanks! It can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it – I go for as simple as possible as that’s all my tiny brain can cope with nowadays. 😉
